HIRE ME
HIRE ME
“Thank you very much for your application. Unfortunately, I have to inform you that you have not been selected for the interview.”
This sentence, seemingly simple at first glance, yet imbued with the heavy burden of disappointment and self-doubt, has been repeatedly appearing in my inbox lately. There's something about these words that evokes a kind of disappointment, as if you haven't met expectations, and suddenly you begin to doubt everything about yourself. But what does it really mean not to be selected? And how can young people gain experience if employers are hesitant to hire them due to their limited experience?

In recent years…
I have worked for various socio-cultural organizations, such as Brainwash Festival, Pictoright, Cineville, Humanitarian Welfare Association, and Archipel, where I have expanded my practical knowledge and strengthened my network.
With a broad background in literature, film, philosophy, and graphic design, I have had the opportunity to explore different perspectives and methods to understand the complex issues surrounding societal integration and diversity.
As a freelance writer, I have also contributed to various platforms such as Het Parool, Oneworld, Cinetree, Hard//hoofd, Lilith Magazine, and StrandLAB.

Rejection is actually like a mirror of life. It allows you to see things from a new perspective and gives you the opportunity to refine yourself.
Are you the organization I am looking for?
A diverse position within an international, socially conscious organization.
An atmosphere that fosters a positive mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, flexibility, and perhaps a hint of uniqueness.
Opportunities for creativity and the contribution of personal ideas.
The flexibility to work from either home or the office, depending on what is most conducive at the time.

Now you've got a little preview of who I am, but I'm keeping some excitement in reserve. What else can I unveil? And what are my must-haves for an ideal work environment?
